Mechanics
● Enjoy an exclusive 50% cashback when you transact with GCash QR on your first scan to pay transaction on July 18.
○ Example 1: New GCash QR user scans to pay P1,000.00 at a participating GCash QR merchant on July 18. This is the customer’s first ever GCash QR transaction ever. Customer will receive P300 cashback if it is customer’s first transaction for the day. No minimum purchase required. For succeeding transactions, other cashback promotions in July may apply.
○ Example 2: Existing GCash QR user scans to pay P1,000.00 at a participating GCash QR merchant on July 18. This is not the customer’s first ever GCash QR Transaction. Customer will receive P200 cashback if it is customer’s first transaction for the day. No minimum purchase required. For succeeding transactions, other cashback promotions in July may apply
● New GCash QR user is defined as a GCash customer who was never transacted with GCash QR before July 18, 2018. Existing GCash QR user is defined as GCash customer who has transacted using GCash QR prior to July 18, 2018.
● Promo is valid only on July 18, 2018 (from 00:01 until 23:59).
● Available in participating GCash QR merchants. Find your favorite GCash QR merchant from the list in https://gcash.com/july-18-gcash-qr-day/
● Open to all existing and new GCash App users. However, customers who have been determined to be fraudulent or abusive in any ongoing or completed GCash promotion are automatically disqualified for this GCash QR Day promotion.
● Cashback is limited to the unique customer’s first transaction on July 18, 2018. A unique customer is determined by GCash in accordance with the information submitted during GCash account registration and/or identity markers used by GCash against its entire GCash base. For example, a customer who uses multiple account(s) or SIM(s) will be treated as one unique customer and will receive the eligible GCash QR Day cashback only once.
● Earned cashbacks from the July 18 GCash QR Day will be counted in the unique customer’s total cumulative cashbacks, capped at P1,000.00 for the month, along with any other ongoing GCash Scan to Pay promotions as applicable.
● Only GCash Scan to Pay transactions are eligible for the cashback promotion; customer has to pay the full amount to the merchant (cashback to be credited by GCash). GCash Scan to Pay transactions paid using GCredit as a payment source are not eligible for this promotion.
● This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other GCash QR cashback promotions.
● Cashback will be credited to your GCash account within 3 business days following your transaction.
● GCash, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards for suspicion of abuse or fraud.
GCash Scan to Pay Summer Cashback Promotion Extension
Enjoy 10% cashback capped at P100 per unique customer per store per day!
Mechanics
● Promo is valid until July 31, 2018
● Starting April 1, 2018, a unique customer can earn up to P1000 in total cumulative cashbacks coming from GCash Scan to Pay transactions in GCash QR merchants. If the total cumulative cashback cap has been met anytime within the month, the unique customer will only begin earning cashbacks again at the next calendar month during the promo period. Account(s) or SIM(s) used under one device will be treated as one unique customer. Earned cashbacks from this promotion will be counted in the unique customer’s total cumulative cashbacks for the month.
● Only GCash Scan to Pay transactions are eligible for the cashback promotion; customer has to pay the full amount to the merchant (cashback to be credited by GCash). GCash Scan to Pay transactions paid using GCredit as a payment source are not eligible for this promotion.
● Cashback will be credited to customer’s GCash account within 3 working days.
